Your resume becomes a list of facts

Once, at the start, comes the upload. Out of it comes the list of facts: employers, titles, dates, skills, education, and every number you claimed.

Whatever it misread, you correct.

The panel picks up the posting

Title, company, location and requirements all come off the page you already have open.

On a page it does not know, paste the description instead.

Every number is checked against your facts

Every employer, title, date and figure in the draft is looked up in your confirmed facts. A resume line that misses is dropped. Where a letter misses, it arrives with the words named above it.

What comes back, and where to look

Match says whether the posting is worth an application. Resume lists every edit. Letter is ready to copy, and People is who to write to.

  • Blockers sit at the top of Match, above anything that merely needs work.
  • Reject an edit and the export changes with it.
  • With the letter comes a short version, sized for a message box on a profile.
  • Beside each person stands the source that found them.

Download, fill, submit

It comes out as PDF or DOCX, and from the same profile the panel fills the form on the page.

Attaching the resume file is yours.

Then write to a person

The person who owns the role reads your message themselves.

From the panel come the name, the title, the public link, and one line on why this person matters for this posting. You open the profile and write in your own words, from your own account.
