Chrome opens a side panel only after a click on the extension icon or the shortcut.

• Pin the icon: puzzle piece in the toolbar, then the pin next to Applyready.
• The shortcut is Alt+Shift+A, written ⌥⇧A on a Mac. chrome://extensions/shortcuts changes it.
• Chrome 116 or newer is required. Check chrome://settings/help.
• After an update, reload the job page once so the panel reconnects to it.

Some boards render the description inside a frame the extension is not allowed to read, and some company pages hide it behind a click. Press "This is the wrong posting" in the panel, paste the description into the box that opens, and the run starts from that text. Adding the company domain in the same step is what the people search needs.

The export is built from your confirmed profile. If a block reads oddly in the export, that is how it came out of your file. Open the profile in the panel, fix the block, and export again. The file is one column, with no tables and no images.

Some companies publish no team page, name nobody on the posting and keep a thin public footprint. Type the company website into the People tab and search again.
